Access Advisor

Angela Branson joined the Disability Center staff in July, 2012. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Truman State University and has been a certified/licensed interpreter since 2001. A St. Louis native, Angela likes to spend time with her family and friends, root for her baseball Cardinals, crochet and travel whenever possible.

Interim Director

Ashley joined the Disability Center staff as the Assistant Director in January 2016. Ashley has a bachelor’s degree in genetics and psychology from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in post-secondary education: student affairs from the University of Northern Iowa.

In her free time, Ashley loves to spend time outdoors hiking, camping, and off-roading.

Cheryl Jobe

Cheryl Jobe

Access Advisor

Cheryl Jobe joined the Disability Center staff in December, 2016 as an Access Advisor.

Cheryl’s background is in Mental Health Services, working in positons over the past 20 years with case management and advocacy in Massachusetts, where she grew up. She has also worked in the elementary and secondary setting, working with the IEP Process and transition planning in both Massachusetts and Missouri. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Worcester State University. She is also currently certified at the masters level in Missouri as a licensed interpreter for the Deaf.

Cheryl loves spending time with her husband, two children, as well as her puppy Liam. She has an active spiritual life and enjoys sharing time with friends. At home, she enjoys interior designing and cooking. As a native of Massachusetts, she loves to spend time travelling to the Northeast and enjoying the sand between her toes at the beach whenever possible.

Accommodations Coordinator

Stacy joined the Disability Center in November 2013 as the Office Support Assistant and later on took on the role as the Accommodations Coordinator.

Stacy graduated from L’Ecole Culinaire in St. Louis, Mo. in 2013 where she obtained her Chef’s Certification. Cooking is her hobby and she enjoys creating new and exciting culinary dishes for her family and friends. Stacy also enjoys spending time with her family and their dog Lyla Grey.

Access Advisor

Becca joined the Disability Center in January 2012 as an Office Support Staff III and was promoted to Exam Coordinator in August 2012. May 2016, she began working as an Access Advisor. In 2008, Becca received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. In her free time, Becca enjoys watching her two young children explore and grow and spending time with family and friends.

Access Advisor

Elizabeth joined the Disability Center staff in August 2017 as an Access Advisor.

Elizabeth has a Bachelors in Psychology from Emporia State University, where she also worked as a Student Worker for Disability Services. After graduation she spent three years working at Kansas State University as a Testing and Alternative Text Coordinator. She has previously worked as a para-educator at Emporia High School and volunteered at Howard Park Early Childhood Center, an inclusionary preschool.

Elizabeth is happy to be back in the St. Louis area, and enjoys re-exploring the hiking trails with her two Chihuahuas, reading, and taking classes in her free time.
